Job Role

We are seeking a seasoned Account Executive to drive sales and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of customer challenges and be able to establish SAP's presence within assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster effective relationships with senior executives to grow SAP's business.
  • Pursue business growth through strategic activities aligned to organizational objectives.
  • Ideate and execute qualified opportunities based on in-depth knowledge of customer needs.
  • Act as the single point of contact for customers, representing SAP to establish and develop its footprint.
  • Develop comprehensive account plans addressing customer priorities and pain points, utilizing SAP tools and standards.
  • Coordinate resources to execute winning sales strategies.
  • Manage bookings, revenue targets, opportunities, and bids, guiding deals through the formal sales cycle.
  • Ensure smooth handovers to delivery with contracts in place and successful mobilization per contract obligations.
  • Collaborate with extended Sales Account Executive teams and the SAP ecosystem.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of direct quota-carrying selling experience in enterprise software and services.
  • Demonstrated success in value selling and solution selling within large, key accounts.
  • Strong collaboration and customer-focused mindset with ability to cultivate long-lasting relationships.
  • Fluent English; local language proficiency advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA beneficial. Professional sales/training certifications and advanced negotiation skills a plus.
