Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Call Center Agent to join our team. As a Bilingual Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients across the globe.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer complaints, and provide accurate information in a timely manner. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will enable you to succeed in this role.

Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in voice, email, and chat support as a Spanish-speaking agent
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving skills, conflict resolution skills, and negotiation skills
