Senior Case Manager

Community Corrections is a leading provider of case management services. Our team of experienced professionals are dedicated to delivering evidence-informed support to individuals in the community.

The Senior Case Manager role is an exciting opportunity for you to make a meaningful contribution to the safety and well-being of our community. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality case management services to adults subject to community orders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing individualised case management to adults subject to community orders
  • Conducting thorough risk assessments and developing tailored supervision plans
  • Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to facilitate effective reintegration and rehabilitation outcomes
  • Consulting with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and organisations to address Indigenous over-representation in the criminal justice system

Requirements:

  • Possession of a driver's licence (minimum C class Australian licence)
  • Ability to work hours outside the normal work hours and travel to other locations as required
  • Willingness to complete Certificate IV in Correctional Practice (Community) within 12 months of commencing employment
