Administrative Operations Coordinator

At Holistic Approach Systems Inc., we are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective and consistent application of company policies and procedures to employees assigned to a respective client. This includes responding to employee queries and concerns, assisting with employee administration, and liaising between clients, on-site team members, and other cross-functional teams.
Duties and Responsibilities- Execute company policies and procedures set by both the company and its client in a timely and accurate manner.
- Achieve efficiency in operations by ensuring the timely delivery of basic services and handling of employee concerns.
- Implement control and disciplinary measures to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly production targets while maintaining compliance with client quality standards.
- Lead subordinates by example, motivate them to accomplish their daily tasks, and maintain a professional behavior worthy of emulation.
- Support the company and other cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Aid in the continuous improvement and innovation of current workflows, systems, and procedures.
- Prepare and maintain proper documentation, employee monitoring reports, and other related documents as needed.
- Proven experience in administrative operations or a related field.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
