Senior Administrative Coordinator
Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to support a busy executive in the construction industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter with strong communication skills who thrives on managing diverse responsibilities with efficiency and finesse.
- Manage the executive's calendar, coordinate travel logistics, and oversee appointments
- Draft, proofread, and manage professional correspondence, emails, and presentations
- Assist with project timelines, collaborate with internal team members, and prepare regular reports on project progress
- Plan and manage meetings, conferences, and company events
- Provide administrative support, including expense reports, file organization, record-keeping, and other ad-hoc office duties
- 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably in the construction industry or a related field
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with Canva for presentation design
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
