Job Summary

This is a high-level leadership position responsible for overseeing the quality management of teams to achieve operational goals and objectives.



Key Responsibilities
  • Lead teams to achieve key performance indicators and deliverables
  • Drive problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills across the team
  • Manage team performance through coaching and constructive feedback
  • Perform administrative tasks supporting operations and process improvement


Requirements
  • Preferably a college graduate with strong academic credentials
  • At least 7-9 years of experience in business process outsourcing (BPO) with a proven track record of success
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a transformational quality manager with a focus on team leadership and development
  • Greenbelt or Blackbelt certification in Six Sigma or similar quality management programs is an added advantage
