Effective operational leadership is pivotal in driving business success. As a dedicated administrative professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting senior executives and ensuring seamless operational execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational projects and initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain organized filing systems and efficient workflow processes to optimize productivity.
  • Facilitate effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and achieve common goals.
  • Conduct thorough research and prepare detailed reports to inform decision-making by senior management.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for executives as needed, ensuring smooth logistics.
  • Support budget management and financial performance through data analysis and strategic planning.
  • Play a key role in the onboarding process for new employees, scheduling orientation sessions and ensuring a smooth transition.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and remote collaboration tools to stay productive and connected.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism to maintain trust and respect within the organization.
  • Willingness to work remotely and adapt to US hours Monday to Friday.
  • Background in finance beneficial but not essential.
