The Job: A Critical Role in Delivering Exceptional Customer Service

Job Description

This is a temporary position, with the potential to become a full-time role, that requires covering for an employee on leave until the end of the year. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and effective problem resolution.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, with proficiency in English, both written and spoken, enabling them to interact effectively with customers and team members. They will also have a knack for diagnosing and resolving issues swiftly and accurately, along with empathy and patience to understand customer concerns and provide thoughtful, effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Product Troubleshooting: Assist customers with technical problems, offering solutions and guidance.
  • Cross-Functional Interaction: Collaborate with other teams within the organization to ensure comprehensive problem resolution and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Strong experience in customer service.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Experience in tech-centric managed services.
  • Familiarity with product support and troubleshooting processes.
  • Any relevant certifications in customer service or technical support.
