This customer-facing position involves delivering exceptional service to clients across multiple channels while supporting key marketing initiatives. Key responsibilities include operational customer care duties, marketing-related tasks, and maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and a strong understanding of luxury service standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client interactions via email, phone, social media, and live chat conversations in line with the company's luxury service standards
- Monitor and manage the customer care and information inbox, handle all communication promptly, and maintain accurate records of client interactions
- Act as the primary point of contact for client concerns requiring escalation, consulting with colleagues to ensure timely resolution
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Experience in a similar role within a related industry
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, proficiency in merchandise or ERP systems, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to liaise across teams, resilient, and willing to give and receive constructive feedback
