Job Description

The Senior Customer Advocate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner. They will work closely with internal and external teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

  • Interact with customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Process and resolve customer complaints efficiently, demonstrating empathy and courtesy at all times.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client information, ensuring excellent client relations and problem resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand and communicate complex ideas to customers.
  • Proven experience in office administration, customer service, or related fields, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Proficiency in using Google Workspace (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs) and other office tool applications.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent reading comprehension, verbal, and written communication skills.
