Job Title: IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an IT Support Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong background in technical support.

About the Role:

The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing first-level technical support to our end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and escalating complex problems to senior technicians. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users via phone, email, or chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues using diagnostic tools and techniques.
  • Evaluate and escalate complex problems to senior technicians for resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents and issues resolved.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and best practices in IT support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
