- Prepare and review tax returns ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws.
- Provide strategic financial advice based on thorough analysis and reporting.
- Conduct financial audits, risk assessments, and internal controls evaluations.
- Supervise and mentor junior accountants and staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Active CPA license required.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- High integrity and commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
