Job Title: Senior Accounting Professional

We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to maintain accurate financial records, prepare comprehensive reports, and ensure the reliability of financial information.

This role requires a deeper understanding of accounting principles, including handling complex financial tasks such as financial statement preparation, tax return preparation, and auditing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, manage bank and credit card reconciliations, and oversee accounts receivable and payable.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, create monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, and provide analysis and insights to management.
  • Tax Preparation and Compliance: Assist in tax return preparation, ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax laws, and file necessary forms.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the preparation of company budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, and provide analysis and insights to management.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3-5 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience, preferably in a senior or accountant-level role.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of GAAP: Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and relevant financial regulations.
