Job Overview

This role entails providing distribution support to facilitate seamless operations within the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating existing supplies and materials, preparing gate passes, and ensuring accurate inventory files.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of inventory management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Evaluate Supplies
  • Assess existing supplies and materials across departments.
  • Identify areas for improvement in inventory management.
  1. Prepare Gate Passes
  • Accurately prepare gate passes for supply requests.
  • Ensure timely release of items as requested.
  1. Verify Inventory
  • Review and verify accuracy of inventory files.
  • Identify discrepancies and rectify accordingly.
  1. Respond to Inquiries
  • Respond promptly to all inquiries via designated platforms.
  • Provide clear and concise information as required.
  1. Coordinate with Manager
  • Work closely with the Manager to identify process improvements.
  • Recommend enhancements for team projects.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any field; preferably in Business Administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications for reporting purposes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledgeable in inventory management software.
