Job Responsibilities
  1. Evaluate existing supplies/materials across RD.
  2. Prepare gate passes for pulling in and out from the RD stockroom.
  3. Prepare and verify the accuracy of inventory files.
  4. Respond promptly to all inquiries via AXA ANGEL and other platforms as needed.
  5. Ensure timely release of items as requested from the Channel.
  6. Coordinate with the Manager for process improvements.
  7. Recommend enhancements for the team's projects.
  8. Check and report on the quality of materials to be stored or released.
  9. Create transmittals for cargo/courier.
  10. Work closely with Relations and Support Teams.
  11. Participate in empowerment sessions for Fulfillment activities.
Qualifications
  • College graduate of any 4-year course; preferably a Business Degree.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications for reporting purposes.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Strong in inventory management and monitoring.
  • Excellent communication skills (Active Listening, Verbal, Written).
  • Knowledgeable in Macro.
