Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while resolving complex technical issues.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to provide top-notch support to our customers worldwide. You will be responsible for managing customer expectations, logging all communications, and working closely with our development team to resolve incidents timely and within service level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support to customers via email, phone, and other channels
  • Manage customer relationships and expectations by following up on promises and commitments
  • Log all customer interactions in our ticket tracking system
  • Develop a thorough understanding of customer business processes and software system relationships
  • Assist in creating reports, documenting defects, and updating knowledge bases
  • Collaborate with our development team to resolve technical issues and implement process improvements
  • Travel occasionally to visit customers and enhance their experience

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a patient demeanor are essential. We also value candidates with prior customer-facing experience, particularly in supply-chain, EDI, logistics, manufacturing, or packaging fields.
