Expert Problem-Solver Role

We seek a skilled and dedicated professional to fill the position of Expert Problem Solver. As part of our team, you will collaborate with clients on projects across the Asia-Pacific region, helping them address complex challenges and implement policies and programs that have a significant impact.

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that partners with government leaders, philanthropic organizations, and nonprofits to improve the delivery of public services that create meaningful outcomes for communities.

You will apply your analytical skills and passion for public service to help clients use data to generate and test policy recommendations, drive decision-making, and track implementation progress.

You will facilitate collaborative problem-solving and establish action-oriented routines with stakeholders, design and lead workshops with senior decision-makers and frontline service providers, and translate insights from field engagement into effective implementation strategies.

You will develop high-quality client deliverables—presentations, reports, and engagement sessions—that are clear, compelling, and actionable, manage work plans, timelines, and sequencing to support the successful delivery of fast-paced, high-impact projects, and provide guidance and structure to team members while collaborating effectively across distributed teams.
