High-performing IT Support Specialist required to provide exceptional technical assistance and customer service. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills.

About the Role:
  • Deliver day-to-day IT support to restaurants, guests and head office personnel.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly using advanced diagnostic techniques.
  • Maintain accurate records of issues, service requests and complaints using the service management system.
  • Communicate effectively with end-users, delivery aggregators, franchisees and head office staff to resolve IT service incidents and customer complaints.
  • Ensure all interactions are professional and aligned with company standards.
  • Document solutions and communicate them to end-users in a clear and concise manner.
  • Create user-friendly documentation and guides for end-users.
  • Identify recurring incidents and escalate them to Level 2 support to prevent future occurrences.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with service management systems and tools.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
