Recruiting Coordinator Job Opportunity

Job Description:

The Recruiting Coordinator is a vital role within our organization, responsible for providing high-touch support to candidates throughout the hiring process. Key responsibilities include candidate communication, internal communication with hiring managers, video screening interviews, applicant tracking system integrity, and creating a positive candidate experience.

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal English communication skills, as well as the ability to conduct various types of interviews (online, phone).

Responsibilities Include:

  • Scheduling interviews, managing calendars, and communicating effectively with multiple hiring managers
  • Tracking recruiting activities and providing consistent feedback to candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and management team members
  • Creating and maintaining a great candidate experience from initial outreach to onboarding
  • Administering recruiting tests and assignments to assess candidates' skills
  • Maintaining data integrity in our Applicant Tracking System
  • Contacting new employees and preparing onboarding sessions

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of administrative experience
  • Excellent attention to detail, follow up, and follow through
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to conduct various types of interviews (online, phone)
  • Strong and stable internet connection for disruption-free video and audio calls
  • A quiet environment with a professional background for video interviews

Desirable Qualities:

  • Strong team working skills
  • Proactive project management skills
  • Experience in recruiting, administering online interviews, and/or human resources
