Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team. As the main point of contact for assigned customers, you will be responsible for driving and maximizing revenues while building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Your role will involve monitoring client feedback to anticipate business needs and communicating these to our Product department. Additionally, you will represent the company at relevant events and exhibitions tailored to online gambling operators.

To succeed in this position, you must have previous B2B iGaming experience, ideally as an Account Manager or Casino Manager. Fluency in English is essential, and based in the UK or Gibraltar would be beneficial.

As a self-starter with highly developed social and communication skills, you should be able to handle difficult clients effectively. A proactive problem solver with commercially minded analytical / numerical skills is also required, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Independence and the ability to work with minimal supervision are necessary, allowing you to make informed decisions and take ownership of your responsibilities.
