We are seeking a seasoned Customer Relationship Management (CRM) professional to join our team as a CRM Manager. In this key role, you will play a pivotal part in driving player engagement and retention through strategic campaigns, personalized communications, and loyalty initiatives.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute comprehensive CRM strategies to foster strong relationships with players, increase retention rates, and reduce churn.
  • Analyze player behavior, campaign results, and business metrics to inform data-driven decision making and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, analytics, and support, to ensure CRM efforts align with business objectives and drive overall success.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement lifecycle campaigns that cater to diverse player segments, leveraging insights from data analysis and market trends.
  • Create tailored communication plans, using email, push notifications, SMS, and in-game messages to engage players effectively.
  • Work with creative and marketing teams to develop compelling campaign assets, ensuring consistency with brand identity and messaging.
Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in CRM, user retention, or marketing roles within the Casino / Sportsbook / Sweepstakes space.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing lifecycle campaigns that boost player engagement and retention.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, A/B testing, segmentation, and campaign performance tracking.
