Business Continuity Specialist

Job Summary

Our organization seeks a Business Continuity Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in incident response, crisis management, and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business continuity plans to ensure organizational preparedness and response to incidents and crises.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and to develop strategies for crisis management.
  • Provide support for monitoring, proactive situational awareness, analysis of time-sensitive information, and program administration tasks related to crisis management.
  • Participate in incident handling and support for events and crisis management efforts.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in incident response, crisis management, emergency management, business continuity, and/or intelligence analysis.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, OneNote, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Excellent customer service, self-management, proactivity, and organization skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication with internal and external partners.
  • Solid analytical skills and a proactive approach to managing and mitigating risks.
