Security Manager includes overseeing and coordinating all aspects of an organization's security operations.

Responsibilities


• Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and controlling the activities of the Operations Department to ensure prompt delivery of quality service to client-companies.


• Sets objectives, target and strategies of the department in support to Agency's goals/missions.


• Establishes procedures to expedite and enhance the effectiveness of security measures set up in coordination with the client-companies.


• Conducts regular visit to clients and coordinates with security officers or representatives to discuss any problem or any recommendation for the improvement of the service.


• Directs and supervises the following:

o Preparation of supervisors' itineraries

o Inspection of different posts/units within the existing client-companies

o Delivery and pull-out from posts/units of firearms and ammunitions

o Monitors the performance of the Area Managers, Operations Supervisor, Field Inspectors or Head Guards

o Training, orientation briefing, inspection, investigation and security survey

o Assignment and re-assignment of security personnel from one post/unit to another

o Ensures that guards daily time records are properly checked and submitted on time

o Makes sure that needed requirements such as guards' licenses, firearms and duty detail orders on posts are ready and at hand

o Makes sure there are reserved guards always ready for posting during emergency


• Ensures the strict compliance of the provisions of the service contract and deliver the highest level of service quality to clients.


• Monitors movements of service vehicles and equipment assigned to Area Managers, Operations Supervisor, Field Inspectors or Head Guards to include proper care and maintenance of the same.


• Performs other tasks that may from time-to-time assigned by the General Manager.

Qualifications

*Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Industrial Security, or a related field.

*At least 3 years in a leadership role.

*Strong knowledge of security protocols, crisis management, and emergency procedures.

*Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
