Crisis Helpline Specialist

A helpline responder position is available to provide mental health support to customers. This role is part of a larger community that aims to make health accessible worldwide.
The RoleAs a Senior Crisis Responder, you will be responsible for responding to crisis calls, texts, and chats in a timely and empathetic manner. You will work collaboratively with the operations team and fellow responders to address clients' needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to crisis calls, texts, and chats.
- Maintain high standards of quality and management.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and internal teams.
- Work collaboratively with the operations team and fellow responders.
- At least 2-4 years experience working as a helpline responder.
- Completed training in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) or its equivalent.
- Certified in Psychological First Aid and Suicide Prevention.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Reliable and professional at all times.
