We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist to support our HR-related duties on a professional level. This individual will work closely with the Human Resources Manager and VP of HR in supporting the HR function.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US Human Resources management. They should be able to implement human resources programs, provide human resources services, and complete personnel transactions.
This role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. The successful candidate will be able to implement policies and procedures, maintain employee records, and provide HR advisory services to employees.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- 4+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources Operations
- Expert-level working knowledge of MS Excel
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and ATS Systems
