HR Business Partner Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR professional to join our team. This role serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing strategic guidance and driving initiatives that align with organizational objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Strategic Partnership: Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders to understand goals and challenges.
  • Performance Enhancement: Provide strategic HR guidance that drives performance, engagement, and workforce alignment.
  • Change Management: Lead change management efforts, including organizational structure changes and policy reviews.
  • Initiative Alignment: Ensure initiatives align with business priorities and support long-term growth.
  • Manager Support: Support managers in establishing effective performance management practices.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor and mediator for employee relations matters.
  • Culture Development: Design and implement engagement programs that boost morale, recognition, and company culture.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certification is a plus).
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR management, preferably in a business partner capacity.
  • Foundational Knowledge: Strong foundation in employee relations, organizational development, and performance management.
  • HR Principles: In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
