Product Ambassador Role
We're seeking a skilled Product Ambassador to deliver exceptional customer experiences by leveraging in-depth product knowledge and strong communication skills.
This pivotal role involves troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, optimizing support processes, and contributing to a values-driven culture. By collaborating across teams, this role ensures customers achieve their goals while demonstrating ownership, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Customer Inquiries: Provide technical and product support to customers in digital and voice channels using our preferred CRM.
- Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Ask thoughtful questions to resolve complex customer problems, escalating when necessary.
- Stay Up-to-Date on Product Changes: Proactively expand knowledge on new features, integrations, and product updates.
- Validate Workflows and Identify Patterns: Collaborate with peers to inform internal discussions and identify areas for process improvement.
- Ensure Customer Understanding: Take ownership of ensuring customers comprehend key features and benefits aligned with their goals.
- Meet Key Performance Metrics: Consistently adhere to SLAs, meeting resolution time and CSAT targets.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 Years of Experience: Proven experience in at least one entry-level tech customer support or technical support role.
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt to change and remain flexible in a dynamic work environment.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with an empathetic approach.
- Proficiency in Support Tools: Proficiency with support tools, including live chat and ticketing systems, along with metrics like resolution time, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and ticket volume trends.
- Time Management and SLA Adherence: Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and adhere to SLAs.
- Technical Explanations: Proficiency in tailoring technical explanations for non-technical audiences.
