A Sales Representative sells products or services by finding leads, presenting offerings, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer relationships to meet sales targets and drive revenue. Key responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, demonstrating products, providing customer support, managing contracts, and tracking performance using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools. Success requires strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation:

Identify potential customers and new business opportunities through referrals, cold calls, or marketing efforts.
- Sales Presentations:

Educate prospects on products or services, highlighting benefits and features through presentations, demos, and calls.
- Negotiation:

Discuss pricing, terms, and contracts with clients, working to close deals and secure sales.
- Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to foster loyalty and generate repeat business.
- Performance Tracking:

Meet or exceed sales quotas and targets, and track sales activity and performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Product Knowledge:

Stay informed about products, services, and industry trends to effectively answer customer questions and make recommendations.
- Administrative Tasks:

Prepare sales reports, manage sales activities in a CRM system, and process orders and contracts.

Work Environment
