Job Responsibilities:
  • Review daily reports of pending patient statements for accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate directly with front office staff to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • Answer incoming patient calls and respond to voicemails in a timely manner.
  • Document all communications with patients in our electronic health record system.
  • Provide accurate and efficient solutions to patient inquiries and concerns.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Minimum one year experience in medical billing and patient responsibility.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
