Email Marketing Strategy Manager Role

Our organization seeks an experienced professional to oversee our email and text communications strategy. As Email Marketing Strategy Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of our marketing efforts through strategic planning, campaign execution, and performance analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of email systems, IP/domain management, and regulatory requirements. They will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy and develop persuasive subject lines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Email Infrastructure & Deliverability - Develop and implement strategies to ensure optimal email deliverability, including managing sender reputation and resolving deliverability issues.
  • Content & Campaign Creation - Design and refine email templates, create engaging content, and develop effective subject lines and CTAs.
  • Campaign Management & Analytics - Launch and manage multi-segmented campaigns, track key metrics, and provide insights to optimize performance.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in email marketing, deliverability, or campaign strategy.
  • Strong knowledge of email systems, IP/domain management, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with ESPs such as MailWiz or SendGrid.
  • Excellent English communication skills and proficiency in Google Analytics and UTM tracking.
