Job Description:

  • Provide comprehensive support to a senior-level executive, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters, providing prompt and professional responses.
  • Offer administrative support, including document preparation, filing, and office organization.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
  • Assist with project management tasks, tracking progress and deadlines.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for the executive and team members as needed.
  • Conduct research and compile information for various projects.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an executive assistant or personal assistant role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
