Key Account Growth Specialist

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-achieving BD team: coach members on strategic planning, performance management, and best practices that drive business expansion
  • Develop and execute client engagement strategies: work closely with decision-makers to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive long-term partnerships
  • Pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach, product demonstrations, and strategic partnerships
  • Design and implement optimized sales processes: build scalable playbooks and improve systems to boost efficiency and team impact
  • Drive data-informed decision making: track key performance indicators, manage pipelines, and forecast outcomes using CRM dashboards and market metrics
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration (Product, Marketing, Customer Operations) to align business strategies and ensure seamless onboarding and handoffs
  • Deliver compelling presentations, demos, or events that showcase our value proposition and close deals
  • Contribute to our Go-to-Market strategy by sharing insights on market trends, customer needs, and product feedback
  • Stay organized and proactive: manage calendars, follow-ups, and documentation while staying up-to-date on industry shifts to spark new ideas
