Key Responsibilities:
  • Candidate Experience: Provide exceptional support to candidates throughout the hiring process, from scheduling interviews to onboarding new hires.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to drive performance and improve processes.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance the candidate experience and optimize scheduling efficiency, ensuring compliance with location-specific laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in any 4-year course, preferably psychology, human resources, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or project coordination, with a background in high-growth/fast-paced environments.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, clear verbal and written communication, ability to pick up tooling quickly, and a professional demeanor with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

This role will contribute to driving performance through collaboration with managers, interviewers, recruiters, and HRBP's. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the talent acquisition process, ensuring seamless candidate experiences.

The ideal candidate will be able to identify opportunities to enhance the candidate experience and optimize scheduling efficiency. They will also be able to foster strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
