Talent Operations Associate Job

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Operations Associate to support our fast-growing recruitment team. This is a full-time contract role (40 hours/week) ideal for someone early in their career with a strong interest in recruiting, operations, or HR.

  • Manage day-to-day recruiting operations across multiple roles and client accounts.
  • Respond to candidate inquiries and communicate with professionalism and empathy.
  • Coordinate and track email campaigns to ensure timely candidate outreach.
  • Monitor candidate scheduling, reschedules, and confirmations to keep the process on track.
  • Provide feedback on communication templates, scheduling processes, and campaign tools to help us improve efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or admin/ops — ideally post-college and in a business setting.
  • Excellent written English and comfort communicating with US-based candidates and teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — you keep things moving and nothing falls through the cracks.
  • A proactive mindset — you see inefficiencies and suggest better ways to work.
