Position Title:

Relationship Associate

Job Summary:
  • Service daily requests of clients, maintain updated data/information on accounts, and ensure completion of all loan-related documentary requirements to assist in analyzing clients' requirements and/or creditworthiness.
  • Coordinate with concerned units regarding the management of accounts to ensure adequate delivery of bank services to clients.
  • Prepare basic analysis/evaluation of client's proposals to provide inputs for their decision-making process.
  • Assist in the preparation of Budget and Business Plans.
  • Handle customer complaints and recommend solutions.
Role Exposure:
  • Develop decision-making skills
  • Enhance collaboration and relationship-building skills with external/internal clients
  • Gain exposure to loan, trade, branch, and treasury transactions
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting-related field. Open to Fresh Graduates.
  • Ability to multitask with strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
