As a Talent Acquisition Marketing Supervisor working remotely, you will be part of bringing humanity to business. This role requires leading the North American talent attraction functions and team, while being aligned with the USA/Canada workforce schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead initiatives alongside the talent acquisition team to understand upcoming associate hiring needs and maintain awareness of applicant flow requirements.
  • Create comprehensive sourcing plans to optimize budgets and maximize applicant flow for client needs.
  • Use data results to evaluate effectiveness and maximize return on investment for marketing programs.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including job boards, media providers, and community partners.
  • Partner with procurement teams for departmental marketing budgets, reporting, and accounting practices.
  • Project manage collateral creation, setting deadlines and holding vendors accountable for timely delivery.
  • Supervise, coach, train, and develop talent acquisition marketing staff, contributing to team results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the US/Canada talent market and sourcing channels.
  • Creative and innovative talent attraction ideas.
  • Ability to manage remote teams and work onsite periodically.
  • Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience managing budgets and advanced Excel.
  • Consultative and collaborative mindset.
