Compensation and Rewards Strategist

The Standard Hospitality Group seeks a seasoned Compensation and Benefits Specialist to oversee the management of timekeeping, payroll processing for non-confidential employees, benefits administration, HRIS data maintenance, and compliance reporting. This role requires ensuring the accuracy of payroll, adherence to benefits regulations, integrity of HRIS data, and employee support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Timekeeping and Payroll Management: Process payroll for non-confidential employees and manage timekeeping systems to track working hours accurately.
- Benefits Administration: Administer benefits programs, handle enrollments, changes, and claims, and assist employees with benefits inquiries.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with laws regarding payroll and benefits and submit required reports according to policies and regulations.
- HRIS Data Maintenance: Update employee data in HRIS, ensuring accuracy and alignment with payroll and benefits processes.
- Employee Support: Resolve employee concerns related to payroll, benefits, and HRIS, providing prompt and effective solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in payroll, compensation, and benefits management.
- Experience with HRIS or any payroll systems is preferred.
- Strong Attention to Detail and above-average organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to Manage Multiple Demands and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
- Project management experience is a plus.
