CARNIVAL CRUISE LINES is seeking an experienced Employee Rewards Specialist to develop and implement reward strategies that drive employee engagement and motivation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and compensation, with excellent analytical and technical skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing reward strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Developing and maintaining compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
  • Providing support for performance management processes, including goal setting and feedback.
  • Assistance in conducting market research and analysis to inform reward decisions.
  • Ensuring compliance with local regulations and labor laws.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in an HR role related to the delivery of compensation and benefits, and payroll processing.
  • Expert knowledge of compensation and benefits practices.
  • Knowledgeable in handling local payroll practices.
  • Knowledgeable of applicable labor statutory regulatory laws and regulations.
