JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Total Rewards and HR Operations Manager to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Total Rewards strategy, HR operations, and generalist HR functions. As a key member of the team, you will manage and execute compensation and benefits programs, support HR operations, and contribute to a positive employee experience. We're looking for someone who is a team player, has a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, and is open to working on-site in BGC 4-5 days a week.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Total Rewards:
- Manage and oversee the company's compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they align with business goals and industry standards.
- Develop and implement compensation structures, salary benchmarking, and performance-based incentives.
- Evaluate and update employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and other perks.
- Administer the annual compensation review cycle and merit increase process.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and other relevant legislation regarding employee compensation and benefits.
- Conduct regular market analyses to ensure competitiveness in compensation and benefits offerings.
HR Operations & Generalist Responsibilities:
- Support daily HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records.
- Act as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance and resolution on HR-related issues, policies, and practices.
- Collaborate with managers and department heads to address employee performance, engagement, and development needs.
- Assist in the execution of HR programs and initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall organizational culture.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws, assisting with audits and investigations as needed.
- Support training and development initiatives, including identifying skills gaps and coordinating learning opportunities.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, CHRP) are a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in Total Rewards management, HR operations, and generalist HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits structures, labor laws, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, especially related to compensation and benefits analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, BambooHR, etc.).
- A collaborative team player who values teamwork and is adaptable to evolving company needs.
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable with both strategic planning and day-to-day HR operations.
- Open to working on-site in BGC 4-5 times a week, contributing to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
