Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding career in talent sourcing? We're seeking a skilled Talent Sourcer to join our elite recruiting team. In this role, you'll be responsible for finding, engaging, and qualifying software engineering candidates for our portfolio of startup clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements, client needs, and candidate personas for highly technical positions (e.g., backend engineers, full stack engineers, infrastructure, AI/ML, product management).
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Slack/Discord groups, and other niche platforms.
  • Proactively engage and follow up with passive candidates.
  • Stay on top of engineering hiring trends, emerging technologies, and talent market dynamics to continuously refine sourcing strategies.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting.
  • Strong track record with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search; familiarity with GitHub, Stack Overflow, AngelList, and other technical communities is a plus.
  • Understanding of software engineering roles, skills, and terminology.
