A detail-driven professional is sought after to handle recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will identify top talent, streamline the hiring process, and provide a seamless experience for applicants and our team.
Responsibilities- Screen resumes, cover letters, and initial interviews via Hireflix platform.
- Manage candidate communication and email correspondence effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date recruitment records in HubSpot and Google Sheets.
- Collaborate with managers and assistants to align on hiring needs.
- Contribute to development of SOPs, training resources, and team communication in Slack.
- At least 1 year of recruitment experience required.
- Familiarity with e-commerce industry or strong desire to learn.
- Proficiency in Gmail, Slack, and Google Sheets.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable individual.
- Laptop or desktop with i5 processor (or Mac equivalent).
- Reliable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps download/upload speed.
- Dedicated workspace.
- 100% remote work arrangement.
