About Credentialing Coordinator Role

Finni Health is a rapidly growing healthcare startup that empowers autism care providers to start, run, and grow their own practices. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Credentialing Coordinator to provide comprehensive support for all aspects of the credentialing and re-credentialing process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage applications, conduct primary source verification, and maintain the credentialing database with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant federal, state, and local regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Assist with the provider privileging process by preparing necessary documentation and facilitate the credentialing components of new provider onboarding.
  • Support the generation of credentialing reports, proactively identify and help resolve credentialing issues, and contribute to the improvement of credentialing processes and workflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of relevant administrative support experience, ideally within a healthcare setting or a regulated environment.
  • A foundational understanding of data entry, documentation, and administrative workflows.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment, contributing to collective success, and capable of managing tasks independently with minimal supervision.
  • A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to managing documentation and data.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
Benefits:

Competitive salary range: ₱30,000 – ₱45,000 per month.

Central Time Zone / Mountain Time Zone working hours.
