We are seeking a seasoned Business Development professional to spearhead deal conversion and revenue expansion for a rapidly scaling B2B enterprise.

This role encompasses the complete sales lifecycle from qualified lead through contract signature. Responsibilities include conducting needs assessments with clients, delivering product showcases, crafting tailored proposals, negotiating agreements with decision-makers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams where applicable.

Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • 3+ years experience in B2B sales closing or business development roles
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
  • Experience conducting needs assessments and product showcases with senior decision-makers
  • Strong negotiation, proposal creation, and deal-closing skills
  • Fast and reliable internet connection; own laptop/desktop; quiet working environment; good-quality microphone or headset
