**Sales Content Specialist Role Overview**

This role offers an exciting opportunity to create and develop sales content that supports our company's sales initiatives. As a Sales Content Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and managing content that drives engagement, enhances the customer journey, and accelerates sales cycles.

You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to create persuasive materials that meet the needs of our target audience. Your strong sense of visual storytelling and graphic preparation skills will be crucial in producing high-quality content that aligns with our brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, edit, and maintain sales content such as sales decks, proposals, case studies, one-pagers, brochures, email templates, and pitch materials in close cooperation with sales team members and external agents.
  • Design visually compelling and brand-aligned content to support sales initiatives, ensuring a high standard of graphic quality and presentation.
  • Develop customized content tailored to different industries, customer personas, and stages of the sales funnel.
  • Ensure all sales materials are aligned with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging frameworks.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical and complex information into compelling, customer-focused narratives.
  • Support the continuous improvement of the sales content library, ensuring easy access, version control, and relevance.
  • Analyze the performance of sales content through feedback and data insights, and recommend improvements.
  • Partner with the marketing team to ensure seamless integration between marketing campaigns and sales content.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor messaging to ensure our content remains competitive and impactful.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in content creation, sales enablement, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent graphic design skills and proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong ability to craft persuasive, concise, and engaging content.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
