Job Title: Relationship Development Manager


Overview of the Role:

The ideal candidate will be a proactive sales professional responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers. They must possess excellent communication skills, strong time management abilities, and a deep understanding of our company's value proposition.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our customer base and increase revenue growth.
  • Bulk up on sales techniques and presentation styles to effectively engage global accounts at executive levels.
  • Sustain high levels of customer interaction and meet or exceed call expectations.
  • Create quotes and collaborate with internal teams to craft competitive proposals that drive business results.
  • Negotiate terms and prices with partners, vendors, and OEMs to establish mutually beneficial agreements.

Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, information systems, or sales. Strong prior experience in inside sales and working with global accounts is essential. The ideal candidate should also have excellent communication, negotiation, and time-management skills.
