We are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Content Manager to join our AI Safety Services team. This role involves generating pipeline, accelerating deals, and cementing us as the trusted voice of safe AI.

">Responsibilities:
  1. Filling the funnel by driving qualified leads and influencing the annual pipeline through targeted programs.
  2. Speeding the sales cycle by equipping sellers and AEs with campaigns and assets that unblock deals and grow ACV.
  3. Amplifying awareness by turning us from AI's best-kept secret into the go-to partner for safe, high-velocity AI services across in-person events, webinars, media, and thought-leadership channels.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in tech, AI, SaaS, or professional services, owning end-to-end programs.
  • Experience running field, partner, and/or ABM initiatives that supported complex, high-value sales cycles.
  • Proven ability to hit pipeline targets and show clear attribution to bookings or revenue.
  • Collaboration skills: working closely with Sales, Product, and RevOps in a fast-moving environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and project tools like Asana.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Campaign & event ownership from ideation to post-mortem.
  • Compelling copywriting and messaging tailored to technical and risk-oriented buyers.
  • Data-driven mindset: building dashboards, slicing funnel data, and acting on insights.
  • Project management skills: juggling multiple programs while keeping teams aligned.
  • Adaptability: thriving amid shifting requirements, tight timelines, and ambiguous asks.
Education / Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
