Job Overview


We are seeking an HR Operations Analyst to support the smooth running of our People function. This role will focus on handling key HR operations across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and benefits to HRIS management.

This position is responsible for ensuring seamless employee experiences throughout their employment journey. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and strong analytical abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee onboarding processes, ensuring timely completion and effective communication.
  • Coordinate benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
  • Oversee HRIS system maintenance, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and implement efficient HR processes, improving productivity and reducing administrative burdens.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
