GrowthAssistant is seeking an Email Marketing Manager to join our team. This role involves managing and optimizing lifecycle marketing programs to meet revenue goals, collaborating closely with creative and operational teams, and serving as the main point of contact for execution teams.

Job Description

The Email Marketing Manager will be responsible for building, testing, and deploying emails, managing and optimizing lifecycle marketing programs, creating and executing experiments and A/B tests, and preparing production briefs for execution teams.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and project management skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email, and CRM
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
