Trade Lifecycle Manager II - Investment Middle Office Service (IMOS) Reconciliation. Embark on your journey as a Trade Lifecycle Manager II where you\'ll be instrumental in managing the pre- and post-trading life cycle across all asset classes. Your expertise will ensure seamless trade processing and effective cash coordination, while your strong analytical skills will drive innovative solutions for complex challenges. IMOS Reconciliation provides comprehensive reconciliation services across cash and asset reconciliations for client accounts, between client and custody accounts, and within fund accounts and the Middle Office Book of Records. It also includes specialized reconciliations by asset class and bespoke reconciliations to meet regulatory, client, or product requirements.

As a Trade Lifecycle Manager II within JPMorganChase, you will manage day-to-day post-trade operations for clients—including instruction capture, trade matching, confirmation, settlement, claims management, and reconciliations. You will apply advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to develop solutions for varied and complex issues, while ensuring compliance with technical standards and organizational policies. The role involves liaising with multiple departments, managing projects, and driving process improvements and automation initiatives.

• Lead a team of Reconciliations specialists – promote an inclusive environment, provide coaching and monitor performance against clear objectives, goals and targets
• Perform balance and transactional reconciliation of client records against street (custody / transfer agency / brokers) with root cause analysis and resolution of exceptions
• Complete operational balancing and reconciliations and identify breaks
• Perform routine inquiries and research for stakeholders
• Prepare regular and ad hoc reporting required by the process
• Participate in systems testing or enhancements and participate in various projects/initiatives — BAU or non-BAU
• Collaborate with global internal and external teams to resolve exceptions and trade issues: Client facing teams to communicate/resolving client issues; Brokers/custodians and other parties to meet settlement and market cut-offs; Technology to report and resolve system bugs/incidents
• Manage new business initiatives from clients to support business expansion
• Lead and support global and local projects on digital solutions, system enhancements, and market rule changes

• Required: Knowledge of financial products such as Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Collateral, Derivatives, Money Market, Cash Products
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and team-oriented with strong people management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong partnerships with cross-functional teams
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to proactively identify risks and escalate issues, undertaking investigation to resolve issues
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with initiative to drive change and enhance controls
• Ability to thrive in a changing work environment
  • Preferred: Prior knowledge of the trade lifecycle, fund accounting and/or experience supporting trade business
  • Self-starter in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with excellent multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Good working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Experience with automation tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, UiPath, Xceptor, Instabase
  Tenure & Eligibility
