Customer Support Associate Role Summary:

We are seeking highly skilled and proactive individuals to provide top-notch live chat customer support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Assist customers with order placement, returns, and shipment tracking.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and offer step-by-step instructions for resolution.
  • Elevate complex or unresolved issues to senior support staff or supervisors.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of company products, services, and policies for up-to-date information dissemination.
  • Proactively identify and address potential customer concerns or issues to prevent escalation.
  • Build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers through effective communication and empathy.
  • Accurately record customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in a CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other support team members and departments for seamless customer experiences.
  • Stay updated on product updates, promotions, and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries.
  • Continuously improve knowledge and skills through training sessions and self-education to enhance support abilities.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in LIVE CHAT customer support in BPO or remote settings.
  • Proficient written and spoken English language skills.
  • Experience using help desk software and other remote support tools.
  • Familiarity with different CRM tools.
  • Additional qualifications include Team Leader/Supervisor, SME, Amazon CSR, Quality Analyst experience in the BPO setting.
  • Able to work from home with reliable equipment meeting the following specifications:
    • Laptop or desktop computer capable of running web browsing, spreadsheet, and communication software.
    • Intel i5 processor or equivalent.
    • 8GB RAM or higher.
    • Stable internet connection with minimum 50Mbps speed.
    • Working camera and headset for video calls.
    • Backup systems for power outages including mobile data, generator, UPS, or alternate workspace.
